- Neighborhood Garage Sale -- First Thursday-Saturday in June
- Independence Day Bike Parade and Celebration -- 4th pf July
- Fall Cookout -- Mid September to Mid October at Central Park
- Annual Homeowners Association (HOA) Meeting -- Mid-October at Nebraska Brewing
- 2023 Annual Meeting will be at Nebraska Brewing on October 24, 2023 at 7:00 PM
- Halloween Get-Together -- Late October at Forest Park
- Turkey Trot - Around Thanksgiving. Race ends at the Forest Park
